The Integrated Health and Social Services Centres of Outaoauais (CISSS) improved their food supply to accommodate patients' taste and allow them a pleasurable experience.

Malnutrition is a major health risk factor for hospitalized patients, contributing to a decrease in the  healing speed and an increase in the duration of the stay and mortality rate. This initiative allows an improved patient experience and reduced malnutrition rate in Outaouais hospitals.

  What's in the lunch box of a teenager?

Mathieu Nadon, his team and registered dietitian Rana Daoud met 7th and 8th grade students at Louis-Riel public high school in Ottawa. These 12 to 13 years old children share the following traits: they prepare their own lunches and the majority of them are not big fans of vegetables.
